Qualifications

• Experience in other CRM packages like Salesforce and Siebel is a plus.
• Experience with Banking and Financial services customers is a plus.
• Experience in preparing end user training materials is required.
• Experience in maintaining requirement traceability matrix.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements including reporting and interface requirements.
• Bridge between business and IT and guide development team on requirements.
• Analyze client's business requirements for CRM and present functional solutions.
• Develop test scenarios and perform functional testing of the CRM system.
