Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, customization, development, and integrations. You will design and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of REST/OData/Web API, SSRS reporting, and the broader Microsoft data stack. Collaboration across sales, marketing, and service modules is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics CRM/D365 with customization, development and integrations.
• Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Web Resources, and security models.
• Proficient in CRM Web API, OData, REST, SOAP integrations.
• Experience across Sales, Marketing and Service modules.
• Strong reporting with SSRS; SQL Server and .NET stack proficiency.
• Power BI and data platform experience (Azure Data Factory, Fabric).

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements with stakeholders and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead high-level design and solution discussions.
• Design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical and functional guidance on Dynamics CRM best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
