Job summary

Crowe in Nashville seeks a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing, individual-contributor role designs solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, partnering with clients and delivery teams to design, build, troubleshoot, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience designing enterprise applications with Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, or related apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Recent hands-on with Power Platform, Azure, and related engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility, data entities, security, and environment management.
• Experience with REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Build prototypes, review code/configurations, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Establish engineering standards including CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
• Translate architecture into requirements and identify technical risks.
• Support Copilot, AI-enabled solutions with proper security and governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and technical deep dives.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring others.
