Job summary
Crowe is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You will lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live, build integrations, and establish robust engineering standards.
The role requires deep technical leadership across Dynamics 365 ecosystems, hands-on implementation experience, and strong collaboration with clients and teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Qualifications
- 7–10 years designing and delivering enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
- 4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related Dynamics 365 apps.
- Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related engineering tools.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, code reviews, and testing practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design application, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Lead technical delivery from discovery and design through implementation, go-live, and hypercare.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and related technologies.
- Build prototypes, review code and configurations, and troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, security, and performance issues.
- Establish engineering and ALM standards, including source control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
- Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants while identifying technical risks and dependencies.
- Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with appropriate security and governance.
- Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
- Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring developers and consultants.
