Job summary

Biogensys is seeking an Applications Architect (C. Advanced) in Tallahassee, FL to lead complex Dynamics 365/Dataverse initiatives for governmental/regulatory contexts.

The role focuses on designing scalable architectures, enforcing security controls, and delivering integrated solutions with Azure services and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate has deep Power Platform expertise, ALM proficiency, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services, SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
• Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution-based deployment between environments.
• Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role-based access, field-level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.

We are hiring an Applications Architect (C. Advanced) for one of our clients in Tallahassee, FL.

Job Description

FDACS requires an experienced Applications Architect with the skills and experiences listed below. This list is not exhaustive; nor are all skills required. Technical skills, written and verbal communication, and demonstrated experiences will be the basis for evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.
• Hands on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
• Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution based deployment between environments.
• Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role based access, field level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation at the vendor level (or equivalent Microsoft partner certification).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or closely related current certifications).
• Experience operating in Government Community Cloud (GCC) with awareness of FedRAMP and CJIS considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices.
• Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

Educational qualifications meeting at least one of the following levels:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and implementation (as listed above).
