Job summary

Ace InfoTech is seeking an Application Architect (D365) for a remote role based in Tallahassee, FL. The candidate will design and deliver D365 CE/Dataverse solutions, integrate with Azure services, SharePoint Online, and external systems, and drive ALM and governance across GCC environments.

Strong communication skills and experience with Azure DevOps are essential. This is a remote position serving clients with regulated requirements in GCC contexts.

Job description

Position- Application Architect (D365)Location- Tallahassee, FL(Remote)Minimum Qualifications• 7+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 CustomerEngagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.• Hands‑on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverseschema design, security, and performance tuning.• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage),SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.• Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution‑based deploymentbetween environments.• Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role‑basedaccess, field‑level security, auditing, and DLP policies.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledgetransfer.Preferred Experience• Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation at the vendor level (or equivalentMicrosoft partner certification).• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceFunctional Consultant Associate; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or closely related currentcertifications).• Experience operating in Government Community Cloud (GCC) with awareness of FedRAMP and CJISconsiderations.• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices.• Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, andAzure.Educational qualifications meeting at least one of the following levels:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalentwork experience.• Current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture andimplementation (as listed above)This is a remote position.
