Qualifications

• Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in DatabaseManagement, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 Years Success project managing CRM customizations and implementations.
• Microsoft Certified Professional or any of the following MS‑365 certifications: Dynamics Fundamentals MB‑900, Power Platform Fundamentals – PL‑900, Power Platform Solutions Architect – PL600, Sales‑MB‑210, Marketing‑MB‑220 and Customer Service‑MB‑230.

Responsibilities

• Assists the various functional resources with requirements gathering and design for small‑mid size Dynamics365 features.
• Facilitates discussions with business and technical leaders to extract critical requirements and implement customizations or integrations.
• Provide ongoing Dynamics365 maintenance, development, staging and production troubleshooting and integration support.
• Develop and document the Dynamics database architecture for recovery and business processes.
