Job Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Architect, you will be part of a Cognizant team focused on delivering and implementing Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for clients. Your role involves consulting directly with clients, developing business solutions, and working with the latest Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments. You will architect, design, and implement CRM / XRM applications and platform solutions, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and strategy sessions.
• Analyze business requirements, define specifications, and advise clients on CRM/XRM platform uses.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets and scope.
• Design architecture and functionalities.
• Design integration solutions for backend services and ERP applications.
• Identify solutions to meet system/business needs, with or without custom code.
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
• Train clients on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM usage and administration.
• Understand PowerApps and PowerAutomate licensing and features.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as F5 Certified Solutions Expert, F5CA, BIGIP certifications.
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and application architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong knowledge of F5 products, cloud technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and client engagement skills.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM.
• Implementation experience in medium to large environments.
• Azure Technologies experience (3+ years).
• Experience developing PowerApps, Power Automate, and working with Office365 services.
• Technical expertise in CRM customization, workflows, .NET, and web resources.

Salary and Benefits

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, with potential incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, 401(k), disability coverage, parental leave, and stock purchase plans. Applications accepted until 06/22/2025.
