Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect

Foley is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our on-premise CRM platform while supporting our cloud-based and hybrid solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver new products, features, and workflow enhancements for both internal and external customers. This is a key role providing architectural vision, technical leadership, and hands-on expertise in our evolving CRM environment.

This is a REMOTE position. Residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, & WI is preferred.

The compensation starts at $115,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions: Develop and maintain on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Lead CRM strategy & governance: Establish best practices, guidelines, and standards for the platform; optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with engineering, product management, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment; conduct design sessions and provide guidance.
• Ensure platform health & security: Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security controls to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Mentor & coach: Serve as a subject matter expert; provide training and mentorship to team members.

First 30 Days

• Learn Foley's products, services, and CRM architecture.
• Meet teammates and stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Review current CRM configurations and integrations for immediate improvements.

First 6 Months

• Deliver key enhancements and new features.
• Establish CRM best practices and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing or architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise and cloud).
• Deep understanding of custom entities, workflows, business rules, plugins.
• Experience with upgrades, migrations, integrations.
• Proven in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft stack (.NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure) preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset, innovative, positive team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
