Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Architect (Case Management, GCC)

Tallahassee, FL | Start mid October | Long term

• The role is based in Tallahassee, FL. Plan on being onsite. Hybrid can be considered for very strong candidates, but the client decides that after selection. We won't promise it up front.
• You must be able to work in Tallahassee or travel there as the client needs. Relocation and travel to Tallahassee are at your own cost.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Level 2 background check and CJIS certification required.

The work

A state government client runs mission critical case management apps on Dynamics 365 in Government Community Cloud. This is a new seat with no one in it today. You'd start by assessing what's already built: gaps, security risks, performance problems. From there you'd lay out a plan to modernize it, and then help build and support it. You'll also train the internal team so they can own it after you.

Day to day:

• Dynamics 365 Case Management: tables, forms, views, business process flows, security roles
• Power Apps (model driven and canvas), Power Pages, Power Automate on Dataverse
• Integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, custom connectors, REST/OData and SharePoint Online
• ALM through Azure DevOps: repos, pipelines, solution deployments across dev, test and prod
• Environment governance, DLP, field level security and auditing
• Architecture docs, SOPs and knowledge transfer sessions

What we need

• 7+ years of recent hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse work, including Case Management or Customer Service
• Real Power Pages or Portals experience
• Integration work with Azure services and SharePoint Online
• Solution based deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines
• Security and governance experience in GCC or another regulated government environment
• Comfortable in front of business users, and willing to teach

Nice to have

• PL-600, MB-230 or AZ-400
• State, federal or public safety work (FedRAMP or CJIS exposure is a plus)
• Bachelor's in CS or IS. Strong experience with current Microsoft certs also counts.
