Bright Horizons Family Solutions is seeking a Software Developer to design and sustain applications for internal staff and client employees. The role emphasizes translating requirements into robust systems, and collaborating across vendors and internal teams in a hybrid Newton, MA environment.

You will work on .NET web applications and Dynamics 365 with plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, and web UI tech. Strong communication, analytic skills, and Agile mindset are essential to deliver

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET web app development and/or Microsoft Dynamics development.
• Experience with Plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and configuration/customizations is preferred.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with multiple user groups.

Responsabilidades

• Design system enhancements and business process changes to improve efficiency and data usefulness.
• Evaluate requirements and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with outside vendors in a shared development environment.
• Support application issues with QA and development teams.
• Act as change agent to ensure system/process success and alignment with business needs.
• Provide progress updates to managers and project teams.
• Deliver clear, audience-tailored presentations.
