Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of software development with administrative Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (NET 5+).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Git source control with CI/CD patterns.
• Direct experience customizing within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Familiarity with Azure services (Entra, App Services, Functions).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy apps with .NET, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft tech.
• Create front-end UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build integrations between Dynamics CRM and other systems.
• Customize CRM via plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JS resources.
• Leverage Azure cloud services and stay current with AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Utilize Power Platform tools to deliver low-code solutions.
• Manage SQL Server databases and queries supporting CRM apps.
• Participate in CRM upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Use Jira/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
