Job summary

The Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role within the Agile Enterprise Finance – Business Systems team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams to design, configure, and deliver Finance and SCM solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This role requires deep knowledge of enterprise accounting principles and hands-on experience across GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Supply Chain Management, enabling

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) modules including GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise accounting principles and translating finance processes into system setup.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, backlog management, testing, and deployments.
• Familiarity with ALM, LCS, solution deployment, and environment management.
• Proficiency with Power Platform for workflow automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM modules to meet business needs.
• Lead requirements sessions with Finance and Warehousing stakeholders to produce BRDs.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate designs, integrations, and data mappings.
• Support testing, UAT, and release readiness with QA and DevOps.
• Apply knowledge of month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Document processes, configurations, and test outcomes clearly.
• Mentor team members and users on Finance module functionality and adoption.
• Work across disciplines to deliver solutions using Agile and Azure DevOps pipelines.
