Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

HyerTek is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Developer to support a six week engagement. This person will work to create, configure, and customize a Dynamic 365 Finance environment for internal customer demonstration use at HyerTek.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Demo Specialist for a six week engagement to configure and help us deliver a compelling demonstration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities to a prospective high profile public sector client. The ideal candidate will be a technical "demo jockey" who can effectively showcase the platform's features and benefits through well-constructed demos. The individual must be hands-on-the-keyboard as well as a master communicator.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up Dynamics 365 Finance demonstration environments with relevant sample data that illustrates key financial processes
• Create and execute detailed demonstration scripts that highlight the platform's capabilities and address specific client requirements
• Perform live demonstrations of Dynamics 365 Finance modules and functionality during client meetings and presentations
• Customize demonstrations to showcase specific features that align with prospect needs and pain points
• Collaborate with HyerTek team members to understand client requirements and tailor demos accordingly
• Quickly respond to technical questions that arise during demonstrations
• Provide post-demonstration technical follow-up as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly Finance & Operations) as well as be familiar with Dynamics GP.
• Proven ability to configure and deliver compelling software demonstrations
• Excellent understanding of financial processes within Dynamics 365, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
• Experience setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance demonstration environments
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live demonstrations
• Experience with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as they integrate with Dynamics 365 Finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance
• Experience demonstrating AI and automation capabilities in Dynamics 365 Finance
• Knowledge of recent Dynamics 365 Finance updates and upcoming features
• Experience with demonstration tools and techniques that create engaging client experiences
• Prior experience in technical pre-sales or as a solution demonstrator
• Four to Six week engagement (full-time), ending by mid-June 2025 with a potential for full time employment comes August-September 2025.
• May require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client availability
• Primarily remote work with possible client-site presentations
