Dynamics 365 Finance Developer - CONTRACT

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Developer to support a six-week engagement. The role involves creating, configuring, and customizing a Dynamics 365 Finance environment for internal demonstration purposes at HyerTek.

About the Role

We need a Dynamics 365 Finance Demo Specialist for a six-week project to configure and deliver compelling demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to a high-profile public sector client. The candidate should be a hands-on technical expert and an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance demo environments with sample data illustrating key financial processes
• Create and execute detailed demo scripts highlighting platform features and addressing client needs
• Perform live demos during client meetings and presentations
• Customize demos to showcase specific features aligned with client pain points
• Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and tailor demos accordingly
• Respond quickly to technical questions during demos
• Provide post-demo technical follow-up as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and familiarity with Dynamics GP
• Proven ability to configure and deliver effective software demonstrations
• Understanding of financial processes in Dynamics 365, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
• Experience setting up demo environments
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Troubleshooting skills during live demos
• Experience with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and their integration with Dynamics 365 Finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance
• Experience demonstrating AI and automation features in Dynamics 365 Finance
• Knowledge of recent updates and upcoming features of Dynamics 365 Finance
• Experience with engaging demonstration tools and techniques
• Background in technical pre-sales or solution demonstrations

Project Details

• Six-week full-time engagement, ending by mid-June 2025, with potential for full-time employment in August-September 2025
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client availability
• Primarily remote, with possible on-site client presentations
• Start date: No later than May 9, 2025
