Zusammenfassung

Shoppa’s Material Handling is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Lead to own and maintain the D365 F&O system, troubleshoot issues, and build new functionality in X++. You will work with an implementation partner and ISV vendors, ensuring secure, scalable operations across environments.

You will manage security, batch jobs, and data integrations while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to sustain upgrade readiness and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on D365 F&O technical experience, including production X++ development.
• Strong command of the F&O extension model, data entities, and the application object tree.
• Experience with LCS/PPAC environment management, deployable packages, and service updates.
• SQL Server proficiency for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience building or supporting REST/OData integrations.

Aufgaben

• Administration and operations of F&O environments (sandbox, UAT, production) through Lifecycle Services/Power Platform admin center.
• Own security: role, duty, and privilege design, user provisioning, segregation-of-duties reviews.
• Monitor batch jobs, workflows, alerts, and performance; provide tier-2/3 support to users.
• Design, build, and maintain X++ extensions and related components; develop SSRS reports and data entities.
• Manage source control, builds, and release pipelines in Azure DevOps; test customizations against service updates.
• Support and extend integrations via OData, custom services, DMP, and Azure services; liaison with external platforms.
