Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Technical Lead to guide delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions. You will work with architects, consultants and developers to design, build, and implement high-quality, scalable applications.

The role requires deep D365 F&O experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor technical staff. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with clients to translate business needs into technical designs are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical D365 experience is required
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Professional services firm experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Functional team to collect enhancement requirements with detail
• Provide high-level and detailed estimates for enhancements or integrations
• Perform development adhering to best practices and manage deployments
• Conduct unit testing and performance tuning
• Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities
• Mentor technical consultants and lead project workstreams
• Travel up to 25% as needed
