Job summary

Double Good, a fundraising technology company based in Elmhurst, seeks an ERP Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will guide a cross-functional team of analysts and developers to translate complex business needs into scalable platforms.

Responsibilities include shaping the functional roadmap, managing ISV/vendor relationships, and delivering projects via Agile and Waterfall, with strong governance, security, and test automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Extensive functional and architectural knowledge of D365 F&O in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Deep understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fulfillment logistics and Advanced Warehousing configurations.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of analysts and developers to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Own configuration and optimization of D365 F&O across warehousing, production, and finance modules.
• Manage vendor relationships and ISV/partner SLAs and deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery lifecycles with Agile/Waterfall.
• Define system governance, security, and test automation strategies.
