Qualifications

• Strong hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or comparable Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, enterprise system conversions, or large-scale modernization projects.
• Working knowledge of finance, accounting, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse ERP processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Experience collaborating with external implementation consultants and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional liaison between internal business departments, IT leadership, and the third-party ERP implementation team.
• Evaluate current operational workflows and translate objectives into system requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions to identify process inefficiencies and leverage standard Dynamics functionality.
• Provide functional guidance across ERP modules including GL, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations.
• Assess proposed designs, integrations, and customization requests for alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate data conversion activities, including legacy mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
