Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support post-migration ERP transformation and optimize Business Central environments. You will lead configurations, customizations, and integrations across CRM/ERP, Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
3–6 years in developing business apps, cloud admin, or data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes.
Lead ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP).
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
SharePoint administration.
Document business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
Identify automation opportunities and optimizations.
Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
Communicate system changes to stakeholders prior to implementation.
