Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer in Denver for a 6-month contract. You will support post-migration ERP transformation, administer Dynamics 365 Business Central, and optimize business processes.

You will lead ERP/CRM projects, implement upgrades, and build automated workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate, while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes.
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics).
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
• SharePoint administration
• Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization.
• Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
• Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.
• Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation.
