Qualifications

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
• Proven ability to design, customize, and configure Dynamics CRM data models.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, business process flows, dashboards and reports.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and custom code as needed.
• Design documentation, test cases and user guides for CRM implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and performance tuning for CRM deployments.
