Job summary

Thunderhawk Technology Partners is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer based in Trenton, NJ. This role involves the development and customization of the CRM system and requires proven experience with Dynamics 365. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM's capabilities and customization.
• Experience with CRM administration, workflow and plugin development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Customize and configure CRM modules to meet organizational needs.
• Develop plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to CRM users.

Skills

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM's out-of-the-box capabilities and customization

Experience with CRM administration, workflow and plugin development

Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
