Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer to assess performance, analyze bottlenecks, and develop remediation plans. You will partner with enterprise customers to optimize D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance, delivering scalable solutions and actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Experience with workload modeling, automated test development, load execution, telemetry correlation.
• Ability to present prioritized remediation recommendations to stakeholders.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE including Dataverse and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance best practices.
• Analyze platform telemetry and logs to identify bottlenecks and optimizations.
• Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark tests.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in Dynamics 365 CE environments.
• Create remediation and optimization plans aligned to customer objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement D365 CE Customer Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering troubleshooting and scalability testing In this role you will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health analyze performance bottlenecks conduct benchmark and load testing and develop actionable remediation plans The successful candidate will combine expertise in D365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform with strong analytical and communication skills to help customers optimize performance and confidently scale their business critical applicationsKey Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform performance engineering best practicesEngage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues provide education and mitigate technical blockersAnalyze platform telemetry diagnostic logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks root causes and optimization opportunitiesDesign and execute scalability load and benchmark testing to validate system performance against expected business workloadsTroubleshoot performance issues related to customizations plugins workflows Power Automate flows integrations security models and large data volumesIdentify risks to delivery success and proactively implement mitigation strategiesCreate prioritized remediation and optimization plans based on technical findings and customer business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse including workload modeling automated test development load execution telemetry correlation root cause analysis and presentation of prioritized remediation recommendations.

Minimum High School/ GED Diploma
