Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Performance Engineer to optimize Dataverse and Power Platform across client environments. You will design scalability tests, analyze telemetry and performance data, identify bottlenecks, and craft remediation plans while collaborating with client teams onsite in the local metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse including workload modeling automated test development load execution telemetry correlation root cause analysis and presentation of prioritized remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform performance engineering best practices.
• Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues provide education and mitigate technical blockers.

• Identify risks to delivery success and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Create prioritized remediation and optimization plans based on technical findings and customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform performance engineering best practices

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse including workload modeling automated test development load execution telemetry correlation root cause analysis and presentation of prioritized remediation recommendations.
• Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ModulesDynamics 365 SalesDynamics 365 Customer ServiceDynamics 365 Field ServiceUp to date knowledge on the foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power PlatformDataversePower AppsPower AutomatePower Platform admin center
• Brings a track record of reviewing solution designs and calling out practical improvements to scalability performance and maintainability
• Skilled at environment health assessments and making recommendations to improve stability
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues in Dynamics 365 CE environments improving system responsiveness and reliability
• Hands on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE including client side scripting TypeScript JavaScript server side logic Dataverse plugins in C and data integration tools
• Comfortable managing solution lifecycle across environments including solution packaging pipeline based deployments version control and safe promotion from development to production

Preferred Qualification

• Proficiency in delivering technical training

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
