Job summary

VDart is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions in a Microsoft-centric environment. The role emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure CRM components, and ensure secure, scalable architecture while delivering production support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience creating automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and environment management.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles within Dynamics CRM.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to support business requirements.
• Build, optimize, and manage Power Automate flows for workflow automation and process integration.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Ensure best practices for CRM architecture, performance optimization, security, and governance.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
