Job summary

The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a Software Specialist to support CRM and Dynamics365-based projects. You will work on .NET and Angular applications, translating business needs into functional designs and supporting testing and deployment activities.

You will validate requirements, perform gap analyses, and create design artifacts while coordinating with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions for city

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field plus software experience.
• High school diploma plus 6 years of software experience with leadership exposure.
• Combination of education and experience may be substituted per NYC rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Microsoft Dynamics365 and angular applications (.Net) and engage in CRM-related projects.
• Evaluate current processes against Dynamics365 functionality and elicit/document requirements.
• Design best-practice solutions and socialize detailed functional designs with teams.
• Communicate designs to business, development, testing and training teams; manage design updates.
