Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in Austin, TX with partial remote options. You will design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions in an Agile setting, collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities.

The role emphasizes customizations, integrations (SOAP/REST), workflows, and Power BI reporting, with production support and ongoing maintenance as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9 (On-Premises or Online), preferably Customer Service/Service Module.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, jQuery and Visual Studio.
• Experience building SOAP and RESTful web services and with URS in Dynamics 365 Online.
• Strong ability to design, develop, test and deploy Dynamics 365 customizations and plugins.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards for CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, daily scrums, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide status updates to project stakeholders and Scrum teams.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 customizations and plugins.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using SOAP/REST.
• Create workflows and automate processes within Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot issues across production and non-production environments.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for CRM analytics.
