Job summary

Gandiva Insights LLC is seeking a CRM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise architecture to lead enterprise-scale initiatives in Boston, MA. The role requires 10+ years IT experience and strong design skills across D365, cloud integration, and data strategies.

You will partner with business and engineering teams, create architecture artifacts, validate patterns with POCs, and ensure alignment with standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in Application Development.
• 5+ years in Application / Solution / Cloud / Systems Integration Architecture.
• Enterprise Architecture Experience Required.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as C#, Java, JavaScript, T-SQL, or PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework & Well-Architected Framework.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solution architectures.
• Work closely with engineering teams on application assets, infrastructure, integrations, and deployment patterns.
• Conduct technical analysis, technology assessments, and architecture research.
• Build and support POCs to validate architecture patterns and solutions.
• Create architecture documentation, UML diagrams, process workflows, data models, and integration maps.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to technology standards.
• Identify technical risks, gaps, dependencies, resource constraints, and limitations.
• Partner with Business Owners, Enterprise Architects, Software Engineers, PMs, and vendors.
• Review functional/technical specifications and test strategies.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across multiple Lines of Business.
