Senior D365 Account Executive - $110k base / Double OTE USD - 100% Remote in USA - Growing Microsoft Partner

We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Executive to join a fast-growing Microsoft partner focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE/CRM, GP/NAV, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

This is a strong fit for a true hunter with a proven track record selling D365 BC and CE solutions in a partner or consulting environment. The team is already performing well and looking to add another high-caliber salesperson in the U.S. to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, credible with clients, comfortable working remotely, and confident building momentum in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving new business across Dynamics 365 Business Central and CE/CRM solutions
• Managing and advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Building relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
• Leading consultative sales conversations with business and technology stakeholders
• Working closely with internal teams to position the right Microsoft solutions
• Helping convert inbound demand while also proactively hunting for new opportunities
• Maintaining a strong virtual presence and operating effectively in a remote environment

What they’re looking for:

• Proven success in a hunter-style sales role
• Strong experience selling D365 Business Central and CE/CRM
• Any Dynamics GP experience would be a strong plus
• Experience in a Microsoft partner, ERP, CRM, or consulting-led sales environment
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced culture
• Able to build trust quickly and sell with credibility and integrity
• More senior-level AE experience is strongly preferred

Compensation:

• $80,000–$110,000 base salary USD
• Full benefits package

• Remote anywhere in the U.S.
• Not open to candidates in California
• Must be US Citizen or GC Holder
