Job summary

Key Group seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to lead the Microsoft Platforms estate, driving design, development, governance and support while aligning with business objectives.

You will mentor developers, advance ALM/DevOps, and develop integrations with internal and third-party apps. Strong knowledge of D365, Power Platform and Azure is required.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join us as our Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, governance and support of business solutions. The role provides technical leadership across the Microsoft application estate, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owner and Developers, the postholder will drive platform innovation, automation opportunities and best practice adoption while managing, mentoring and developing technical resources.,

• Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leading the design, development and deployment of the estate.
• Advocate best practice for development standards, governance and security.
• Support business teams in identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital transformation.
• Lead solution design reviews, code reviews and technical assurance activities.
• Ensure effective application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party applications.
• Mentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Significant hands‑on experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance and best practices.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Proven experience with complex technology solutions.
