Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for manufacturing clients.
• Analyze client business processes and develop tailored BC solutions with a focus on production planning, shop floor control, MRP, inventory, BOMs, and routing.
• Configure and support Insight Works modules (e.g., Shop Floor Insight, Barcode Generator, MxAPS) and Lanham ISVs (e.g., EDI, Shipping, Demand Planning).
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specs, system design, and workflow automation within BC.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, support, and PMO) and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure client adoption and long-term success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-go-live issues; provide ongoing client support.
• Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem developments, especially new features in BC and relevant ISVs.

Required:

• 7+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV), specifically in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations: BOMs, routings, capacity planning, inventory costing, MRP, WIP tracking, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
