D365 Business Central Consultant – 120k Bonus – Remote (US Based)

I’m working closely with a leading Microsoft Partner that’s experiencing growth in the Dynamics 365 space – particularly within Business Central. They’re building out their consultancy team with a focus on quality over quantity and are now looking to hire an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant to join their remote-first setup.

This is a business that values flexibility, autonomy, and people who genuinely care about delivering great results for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring Business Central solutions to solve real business challenges
• Working closely with developers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Supporting clients post-implementation with training and system optimisation
• Acting as a trusted advisor and staying ahead of the curve with new features and updates

Experience

• Solid hands-on experience implementing D365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
• Confidence in running workshops and owning client relationships
• A good understanding of finance and/or supply chain modules within BC
• Experience working in a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or customer-facing role

Salary

This role offers a base salary of 120,000 plus a performance-related bonus and a strong benefits package.

Location

This is a remote-first position open to candidates based anywhere in the US. You’ll need to be comfortable with occasional travel to client sites or internal team meetups (expenses covered), but your home office is your base.
