Principal Recruitment Consultant - Dynamics NAV/Business Central

Senior D365 Business Central Consultant - $150,000 – US Wide

My client, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner are actively seeking an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant looking to take on a new challenge. They have been operating at a high standard for more than 30 years and are keen to continue this by bringing in exceptional talent to enhance their offerings. The successful candidate would play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end ERP implementations, customizing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client-exact needs.

The role would be 90% remote with occasional trips to client site as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients across various industries.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support post-go live with troubleshooting, training, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience Microsoft Dynamics NAV & D365 Business Central experience
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end ERP implementations and project leadership
• Excellent understanding of financials, supply chain, and/or manufacturing processes within Business Central suite
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
