Job summary

Rose Paving LLC, a leader in parking lot management solutions, seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to design, implement, and support ERP solutions. You will develop extensions, integrate MS technologies and work with Finance, Operations, Sales to translate requirements into reliable system features.

This role requires AL development, VS Code, APIs, SQL and a proven track record with Business Central implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience.
• Strong experience developing in AL and working with Business Central extensions.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data structures.
• Experience with Azure, Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
• Full lifecycle Business Central implementation or reimplementation experience preferred.
• MB-820 Business Central Developer certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test and deploy solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Work with an external Business Central expert on solution design and development during reimplementation
• Develop Business Central extensions and custom functionality using AL and Visual Studio Code
• Configure Business Central with standard platform capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization
• Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and other applications
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and other teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Support data migration, testing and validation during implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve Business Central issues across application, development and integrations
• Maintain source code, documentation and development standards
• Develop reports, workflows and automations to improve processes and decision-making
• Develop deep knowledge of Rose Paving's BC environment and own development/ support from external partners
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, reliability and user experience
