Job summary

Niche Polymer LLC seeks an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting for all facilities under the Controller. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, cash application, collections, account reconciliations, and general ledger support.

The role requires documenting and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards, and collaborating with customers, vendors, site personnel, and internal departments

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of accounting, bookkeeping, AR/AP experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and BC accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and cash application.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Maintain vendor and customer records in BC and other systems.
• Resolve discrepancies with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with year-end audits.
