Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience.
• Hands-on architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365.

MS Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a hands-on technical role supporting a mature Dynamics 365 environment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Dynamics 365 expertise along with strong solution architecture and development experience. This person will serve as a technical subject matter expert, guide development efforts, establish scalable architecture and integration patterns, and provide mentorship to other technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Design and oversee Dynamics 365 customizations using C#/.NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
• Architect integrations with Azure services, REST APIs, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and third-party applications.
• Provide technical direction across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Define scalable system architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategies.
• Lead application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment strategies.
• Identify and address architectural risks, performance issues, and opportunities to improve platform scalability and efficiency.
• Establish technical standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and other team members.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, ideally 8+ years.
• Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 technical architecture and solution design experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
• Experience architecting enterprise integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.
• Demonstrated experience defining technical architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategies.
• Experience providing technical leadership and influencing architecture and development decisions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, security, integration, and application lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Experience mentoring Dynamics developers and technical team members.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
