Responsibilities

• Take depositions of claimants, physicians, and other parties.
• Conduct discovery and perform legal research.
• Draft legal documents including motions and briefs.
• Litigate workers' compensation cases before an administrative law judge.
• Represent employers at hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of the insurance company/employer.
