MobileOne in Albany, Oregon is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor, guiding staff, resolving escalations, and driving performance to meet goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old; eligible to work in the U.S.

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling
• Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings
