Job summary

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and adaptability help you meet evolving customer needs.
• Our new Retail Sales Consultant earns between $47,500 to $75,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commissions.
