Job summary

AT&T in Mansfield, Texas is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose among the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide options and build lasting connections on a fast-paced floor.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with the potential for uncapped commissions and a seniority-based schedule set two weeks in advance.

Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with commission.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and participate in events.
• Work a schedule 9am-9pm, including weekends.
