Fish Window Cleaning North County is seeking an energetic sales professional to build and expand our commercial and residential customer base across the Cedar Falls area. You will initiate direct cold calls, cultivate subcontractor channels, and rely on referrals to grow the business, while maintaining a focus on meeting ambitious sales targets.

The role emphasizes on-site estimates, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales.
• Acquire new commercial customers via subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance and property management companies.
• Develop residential customer base through referrals from commercial customers.
• Acquire new residential customers via subcontracting from maid services.
• Grow customer base through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Follow up with written estimates and key contacts to convert sales.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual sales goals.
