Fish Window Cleaning of Charlotte Metro West is seeking a motivated salesperson to expand our commercial and residential client base. You will drive direct cold calls, leverage subcontracting channels, and pursue referrals to grow revenue. You will present on-site estimates and strive to hit written sales targets.

The role offers on-the-job training, flexible hours, and opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance, with no nights or weekends required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales.
• Acquire new commercial customers via subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance and property management companies.
• Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
• Acquire new residential customers via subcontracting from maid services.
• Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up calls for written estimates on site.
• Acquire new customers through follow-up calls to key contacts from direct sales.
