Job summary

Iron Mountain UK is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our site in Lutterworth. You will perform receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods, while safely loading and unloading trailers and containers and moving pallets to optimise space.

You will work with warehouse systems, observe health and safety policies, and collaborate with transport and operations teams to meet targets and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse and logistics environment.
• Knowledge of yard movements and vehicle maneuvering.
• Experience with voice picking or similar warehouse systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Load/unload trailers and containers safely.
• Move and organise pallets to maximise storage.
• Operate warehouse equipment in line with site procedures.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
