Job summary

GSC Wholesale LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the United States. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a team of Associates across receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.

You will implement PDPs, mentor staff, and collaborate with shift management to meet KPI targets. A strong emphasis on safety, sanitation, and inventory control is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations and shifts.
• Ability to coach and develop a team; PDPs.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and inventory controls.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas.
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and general warehousing.
• Instruct on quality, safety and sanitation practices; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct audits (Safety, Quality, Shrink, Operational) and document findings.
