Job summary

Kommissary is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving Specialist in Bronx, NY. Your role will involve verifying deliveries, managing stock, and ensuring items are shipped correctly. Ideal candidates are able to operate electronic pallet jacks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays are required. The pay range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• Able to meet minimum production standards.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries and cross-reference packing slips.
• Pick items from stock and ensure proper shipping.
• Inspect items for damage and document discrepancies.

Skills

Ability to read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets

Operate electronic pallet jacks

Ability to work overtime

Select orders accurately and quickly

Lift up to 50 pounds

Education

High school or equivalent
