Job summary

AquaPhoenix Scientific is hiring a Receiving and Warehouse Associate to support receiving, shipping and general warehouse functions. This on-site role involves moving materials, data entry in ERP, and ensuring accurate inventory control.

The position is full-time, hourly with full benefits, requiring ability to lift and operate equipment safely; DOT/IATA/IMDG training may be pursued. Competitive pay and a family-minded environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years shipping/logistics/warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to enter data accurately into ERP system; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect goods; enter data into ERP accurately.
• Move materials between departments/locations; handle hazardous materials and finished products.
• Pick, prepare, and ship customer orders with quality and timely delivery.
• Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, packing slips).
• Provide freight estimates to Customer Service as needed.
• Maintain organized warehouse inventory; ensure safe storage of materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment safely.
• Support facility maintenance and routine preventive tasks.
