Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesterland, OH. This role is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments against documentation, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The Warehouse Associate will pack and prepare orders for shipment, load and unload trucks, and safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The role also includes maintaining a clean, organized work environment, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving tasks, including verifying orders, tracking inventory, and preparing documentation.
• Experience with Packing and Unloading activities, ensuring products are handled safely and prepared for transport.
• Ability to safely operate Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack equipment, with a strong focus on warehouse safety standards.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
