stow Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to load trucks and manage internal/external shipments at our Adairsville, GA facility. You will follow dispatch priorities, verify loads, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to read loading instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and loading procedures.
• Ability to calculate floor meters and weight distribution on trucks.
• Proficient with scanning devices and loading documentation.
• Forklift license/authorization required; reach truck license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with finished or semi-finished products per priority.
• Follow dispatch instructions and recorded loading orders.
• Calculate loading configuration based on materials.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and environment.
• Pack/strap loads to ensure stability and prevent damage.
• Close trailers, count items, and document loading activities.
