Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, supplies, and finished goods within the facility and onto trucks. You will support warehouse operations, ensure safe handling, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, packing, labeling, cycle counts, RF scanning, and debris removal. A high school or GED is preferred, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs material handling duties manually or with a hand truck within the facility.
• Loads finished product onto pallets or hand trucks as required.
• Stacks pallets in storage or staging areas.
• Loads and unloads freight in a safe and accurate manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders, assembling merchandise for shipment.
• Applies labels to shipments per company and customer requirements.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment confirmations.
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation.
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management.
• Provides cleaning and sanitation services and maintains a safe work area.
